Scope
These terms apply specifically to the use of ELHAEX SOM and supplement the general ELHAEX Terms of Service. By using ELHAEX SOM, users are expected to follow the game rules, the terms of the distribution platform, and the terms described on this page.
Local Play and Multiplayer Online
ELHAEX SOM provides Local Play for playing against AI and Multiplayer Online for playing with other players through ELHAEX network services. Multiplayer Online availability may depend on an active entitlement, an internet connection, and server availability.
Player names and user conduct
Users are responsible for the player names they enter and for their conduct during gameplay. Names that are unlawful, deceptive, disruptive, or used to abuse the services may be restricted. Cheating, exploitation, or deliberate actions that disrupt other players or the system are not permitted.
ELHAEX SOM Membership
Membership grants access to Multiplayer Online while the Membership entitlement is active. Membership does not include the Ad-Free benefit for Local Play. Therefore, users with Membership may still see ads in Local Play if they do not have an active Ad-Free entitlement.
ELHAEX SOM Ad-Free
Ad-Free removes ads from Local Play while the Ad-Free entitlement is active. Ad-Free does not unlock Multiplayer Online. Multiplayer Online access requires a valid Membership entitlement according to the available offer.
Ads
Local Play may show ads to users who do not have an active Ad-Free entitlement when ads are enabled in the app version being used. Multiplayer Online gameplay does not show ads.
Google Play subscriptions and billing
Membership and Ad-Free purchases offered through Google Play are processed by Google Play Billing. Prices, subscription periods, trial periods or offers if any, and billing timing are shown in the Google Play purchase flow. Auto-renewing subscriptions will renew according to Google Play terms until cancelled by the user or otherwise ended in accordance with applicable policies.
Cancellation, refunds, and restore
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play policies and applicable law. The restore/reconciliation feature may be used to recheck eligible purchases and restore entitlements after successful verification.
Entitlement verification
ELHAEX SOM may verify purchase or subscription status through the app, the ELHAEX backend, and Google Play before granting or maintaining an entitlement. An entitlement may change when a subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, fails to renew, or is determined to be invalid by the platform.
In-game coins and jackpot
ELHAEX SOM coins and jackpot are part of the game mechanics. Coins and jackpot do not represent real money, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not create any right to cash payment from ELHAEX.
Voice communication and network services
Multiplayer Online and voice depend on the device network, ELHAEX servers, and supporting infrastructure. Connection quality may be affected by the internet connection, device, local network, or third-party services. Temporary disruptions do not necessarily indicate a permanent service failure.
Updates and feature changes
ELHAEX may fix bugs, improve security, adjust the interface, balance features, or modify services to maintain quality and compliance. If changes affect important terms, this page may be updated.
