Digital purchases
If a product offers digital purchases or subscriptions through a third-party platform, pricing, periods, billing, cancellation, and refunds follow the information shown during the purchase process and the policies of the platform processing the transaction, to the extent they do not conflict with applicable law.

Rights to content and software
ELHAEX names, logos, visual designs, materials, documentation, and software are protected by applicable rights. Use of the services does not transfer ownership of ELHAEX materials or software to users.
